...it's kind of fascinating how different Suri's eyes look in photographs. Especially the color, since when I look at her she has these gorgeous green eyes, but the camera always shows them as yellower. It's worse in pictures with flash, but even when it's daylight and flash is off and she isn't looking at the camera? Yellow.

(nevertheless, she is still my pretty girl and I tell her that all the time.)

Ur cat, so pretty! Judging by one of the photos, she seems to be guarding you in your sleep.

Not so much 'guarding', in the pic, as 'licking the skin off my face', except trying to get to my cell phone distracted her. But. Same thing ;)

(she doesn't spend all night in my room, but she does come back occasionally to make sure I'm properly groomed)

My late lamented cat used to herd me away from the computer if I was up too late, then tuck himself in under the duvet with me. He'd snooze with me for a bit, then wander off to do catly things during the night, but there was a definite sense that he felt it was his job to make sure I went to bed at a sensible time.

It is good that we have Responsible Cats in this world to take care of us.

Certainly! I need to be better about remembering to provide descriptions. :D

She's black with white paws (the white goes higher on back paws than on front), white stomach and chest and chin, and a "milk mustache" just above the mouth. Long white whiskers, green eyes, and heaptons of adorableness. Fairly small for her age (she'll be 3 in July but she looks like a yearling), dainty (except when she's doing ridiculous cat yoga positions to lick her netherbits), and she likes to doze either curled up with all four paws under her chin, or with her legs stretched out (but paws clumped together in what I think of as ballerina pose)
