I need to clone myself
Dec. 9th, 2010 03:03 pmSeriously. I mean.
Just within WoW, I have a) a shaman (82) to level up (mid-questline in Hyjal and Vashj'ir, gotten to Deepholm but hasn't done much there), b) a horde hunter (80) to level up (just starting in Vashj - Once More With Eeling! - but the guild has a bunch ofinsane people already-85, and I really do not belong in that guild except for ... well, it's a long story), c) a rogue alchemist to level up, d) a mage to level up, and e) a worgen (14) to level up (just hit nelflands). also f) a DK (66) to level up so I can be a clueless tank.
And with each thing, when I'm doing it, it feels right and sensible and why do I not do it all the time. Being on my hordelet makes me feel guilty for the time I "waste" on alliance characters, and vice versa; being on my main alliance char makes me feel guilty for the time I "waste" on alts, and vice versa.
And then there's the non-WoW stuff.
There's all the books I want to read (and in some cases re-read).
(insert pause while that reminds me to add e-books to my amazon wishlist. except there are some that I want that are NOT AVAILABLE [and also not out of copyright] so I cannot has D: but still. *goes on hour-long amazoning spree*)
(...ahem, where was I? oh right.)
There's all the dvds I want to (re)watch.
There's all the knitting I want to do.
There's all the cross-stitch I want to do once I can figure out a way to do it.
There's the writing that I want to do. (Especially if I can figure out how to make it fun again. And also good; there are things that desperately need improvement but I haven't figured out how to fix them.)
(And then there's the time lost to 'babysitting' my PAs when they are doing cleaning stuff, to make sure they don't do things wrong or throw out the wrong thing or whatever.)
I just ... *flail* There's too much I want to DO, and not enough time to do it all in.
