Stargate help!

So in preparation for writing my stargate_summer fic, I want to go back and watch canon. Not all of it, because I wouldn't be able to do that in time, but the relevant episodes.

The story necessarily takes place after Pretense, and I don't remember whether it comes before or after Shades of Grey. Need anything Apophis-related, Sha're-related, Tok'ra-related, quantum-universe-related, and episodes vital to the Jack-Daniel dynamic overall arc.

So. Okay. That's a lot of episodes. 24, to be precise.

...Any suggestions for episodes which a) are on the list but I can skip, or b) are not on the list and should be?
