do you have a screen door or screened porch? an airlock sort of space does make getting in and out with the cat getting out much easier, espeically with mobility issues. (only 1 of ours even tries, though, and he was an un-neutered adult male who'd lived in the enighborhood for about 3 yaers by then. if a door's leftopen the others mght explore, but they usually run right back in when they're busted)
depending on how long she's had the name, she might respond best to one with similar sound or 2. otoh, she might have had a previous name that was completely different or she might not associate sounds as much as tone, so it really depends.
