It is awesome -- but the duolingo course doesn't have audio :/ and while apparently the pronunciation is relatively straightforward, I like the auditory reinforcement.
So I am back to doing Japanese instead. Because *that* makes sense, lol. (It doesn't. But neither did welsh. I'm doing this for fun, not for any practical purpose, so why not.). I've gotten hiragana to the point where I can at least sound it out -- it's not as solid as even Cyrillic is, and my Cyrillic is pretty rusty -- but I can manage. Of course I still have katakana to learn, and kanji, as well as tons of other stuff, but eh. Like I said, I'm doing this for fun.
