Dream stuff

ysobelDream one, last night:
I was in bed at my parents house and kept coughing up gunk, only there was no place to put it and so I had it in my hands, and my parents were like "you're just faking" and pulled the covers up to my neck so the stuff in my hands wasn't visible
Dream the second, also last night: my mom was driving me to my college dorm, and at one point she had to get out of the van to do something but it wasn't in park so i had to reach over and steer it through the parking lot; I could reach the steering wheel but not the gas or brake. I got it parked crosswise in a few empty spaces and my mom came back and scolded me for not parking properly.
She then re-parked but didn't open the doors, instead started anecdoting about something irrelevant, and meanwhile I was like "I don't have clothes on, can we get me dressed before someone sees me, I'm going to be living around these people for the next year and don't want to start off on the wrong foot.
Also for some reason I was arriving a week later than everyone else. Classes hadn't started (why I have so many dreams set in college dorms, I don't know) but I'd missed some of the introductory stuff and so was already behind.
Also it was getting dark, maybe around 7pm, and the office that had dorm room keys wasn't open any more because it was 9-5 only, and my mom had delayed things long enough that I didn't know how I was going to get into my room.
