I'm so sorry. FWIW, I had an issue about six years ago where my doctor was certain it was my gallbladder, and I was very skeptical for various reasons. Turned out it wasn't my gall bladder—it was a reaction to a new medication that made my liver freak out. So I don't know if you have any new meds, but I mention it just in case.
I hope you feel better soon. I remember how miserable I felt.
