ysobel*sends emails to various & sundry informing them that chair is still broken*
The part is not under warranty, which means getting authorization from the insurance before the part can be ordered, which means who the fuck knows how long things will take.
Being housebound is Not Fun. Even if it is cold outside. (Well, California cold, but still.)
