to sum up previous paragraphs: ow, and also ow, and I am miserable and whiny.

(also whiny because my knees hurt and I have a mild flare-up in my right hamstring and I'm really fucking frustrated with my body right now. *gnaws on things*)

...also, it's way too hot. maybe I'll migrate to alaska.

have shorts! ...I had like three pair that even halfway fit (and were long enough; I can't wear short shorts because my skin tends to stick to the chair seat, so I need ones that go down as far as the chair seat does, which ends up being approximately above-the-knee length). and I ran out of clean ones, so I, by which I mean my aide, took a pair of pants I never wear because they're too short (but with leg cuffs, so it isn't so much pseudo-capris as just totally not fitting) and hacked off the bottom.
