Not healthy in the slightest, and the sort of thing where your arteries can harden just thinking about it, but still, unf.
Sandwiches, made on cracked wheat sourdough bread, with cream cheese, bacon, buffalo shredded chicken, blue cheese, and a shredded cheese blend. Also known as "made of all the awesome in the WORLD". ETA: I forgot the bit where it was baked in the oven (initial plans were "like a grilled cheese" but the sandwiches turned out a bit too, er, large and unwieldy to be flipped, hence oven) so the cheese was all meltygooeyyummy.

(and then for dessert, homemade bread pudding, made with brandy and homemade chocolate ganache and brandy-soaked raisins and milk and homemade cinnamon raisin bread experiments [they had been supposed to be english muffins but came out decidedly non-english-muffin-y] and all sorts of yum.)
