There are times

...when I wish the technology existed to have a sturdy non-shatter-y house material that can toggle between opaque and transparent.

Like, say, nights with a gorgeous lightning show.

I don't want to be outside; I just wish I had an unobstructed view. Or, really, any sort of view at all.

(odd as it is, I find the sound of thunder somehow comforting. Go figure.)
