WoW macros

This is mainly for myself, in case things go weird and I lose the stored macros; but other people are welcome to use them, or suggest improvements, or ... whatever.

General macros:

#showtooltip
/cast [equipped:Fishing Poles] Fishing; Survey

Allows me to use the same keybinding for fishing or archaeology, depending on whether or not I have a fishing pole equipped. It was less obnoxious than alternatives.

/console gxrestart

If I start Mumble after WoW, this command refreshes things so the mumble overlay shows up.

/use Warts-B-Gone Lip Balm
/target Lake Frog
/kiss

That one AT daily made lazy: I don't have to target frogs, or remember to use the item, I just stand near one and press this and then move to the next.

#showicon
/target Disobedient Dragonmaw Peon
/use Booterang

Netherwing daily made lazy.

/use 13
/use 14

Uses both trinkets. Boom. And I don't even have to remember what they are...

#

Shaman macros:

#showtooltip Lightning Bolt
/cast [harm,nodead] [@targettarget,harm,nodead] [@focus,harm,nodead] Lightning Bolt

I have one of these for the most often used harmful spells (chain lightning, lava burst, earth shock, flame shock) - it casts the spell on a) my target, if I have one and it is an enemy, otherwise b) my target's target (e.g. if I have the tank as my target, it will go after the tank's target) if there is one and it is an enemy, otherwise c) my focus, if I have one and it is an enemy. If I'm acting as dps, it just behaves like the normal spell. If I'm acting as healer, it allows me to throw in occasional damage spells if I'm just twiddling my thumbs, and since any friendly player I have targeted is likely to be the tank, targettarget won't have me grabbing aggro. Special case:

#showtooltip Wind Shear
/stopcasting
/cast [harm,nodead] [@focus,harm,nodead] [@targettarget,harm,nodead] Wind Shear

Same as above but with the stopcasting to allow me to have an immediate interrupt, and with the priority order swapped around. (This means that in fights where there is an enemy that Must Be Interrupted, I can set them as my focus, heal as normal, and interrupt without changing targets. Wanting to interrupt the focus happens more often than wanting to interrupt my target's target.)

#showtooltip
/cast [@mouseover,help] [help,nodead] [@targettarget,help,nodead] [@player] Healing Wave

I have one of these for healing related spells (healing wave, greater healing wave, chain heal, cleanse spirit, riptide, etc). Similar theory to the damage spells but different use; it sends it to a) mouseover target if friendly, else b) target if friendly, else c) target's target if friendly, else d) me. I tend to like mouseover healing because I can for the most part keep the mouse over the raid/unit frames and use keybindings to do heals. Special case:

#showtooltip Nature's Swiftness
/stopcasting
/use 13
/use 14
/cast Nature's Swiftness
/cast [@mouseover,help] [help,nodead] [@targettarget,help,nodead] [@player] Greater Healing Wave

This is my EMERGENCY ABOUT TO DIE macro: stop whatever I'm doing, use both trinkets in case they have useful on-use effects, cast Nature's Swiftness (which makes the next spell instacast), and then heal. Only works in heal spec, since that's the only way I have NS.

...I also used to have macros for cast+announce (e.g. Heroism, plus party/raid chat to say that it's up, or the resurrect spell plus party/raid announcement), but I use RSA for that instead. Yay addons.

(And the above list doesn't look like very many macros, but because I need a different one for each spell, it works out to using up most of my macro slots.)

#

Rogue macros:

#show Pick Pocket
/cast Sap
/stopcasting
/cast Pick Pocket

Pickpocket and sap all in one! (Not sure if the stopcasting is necessary any more -- I've had this one around for a while -- but it doesn't do any harm.)

...wow I have some seriously old macros in here o.O

#showicon Fan of Knives
/equipset Daggers
/castsequence [target=focus] Tricks of the Trade, Fan of Knives, Fan of Knives, Fan of Knives

Equips daggers, does the thing what throws threat from me to my focus (always the tank), and then flings daggers with wild abandon. Fun times.

#showtooltip Tricks of the Trade
/cast [target=focus, help] Tricks of the Trade
/cast [target=target, help] Tricks of the Trade

Casts the threat-be-gone on my focus or my target. Used to include focustarget and targettarget, so that when I had the enemy targeted and the enemy had the tank targeted it would throw the threat to the right person, but I got a lot of misfires where I hit it just as one of the dps attracted my target's attention, and heaping more threat on them is kind of counterproductive.

#

Mage macros:

/cast Mirror Image
/cast Arcane Power
/use 13
/use 14

A things-go-boom macro that I ... don't actually seem to have on my bars. Huh.

#showtooltip Conjured Croissant
/use [btn:1] Conjured Croissant
/cast [btn:2] Conjure Food

Have similar macros for water and "refreshment" (the both-food-and-water one) and managem. Right-click to create, left-click to use.

#

Druid macros: (with the caveats that my druid is only 66, and only feral)

#showtooltip
/cast [combat] Rebirth ; Revive
/stopmacro [nodead]

Handy-dandy one-stop resurrection. (Used to have an announcement after the stopmacro line, but again, RSA.)

/cast [stance:3] Skull Bash(Cat Form)
/cast [stance:1] Skull Bash(Bear Form)
/use [nostance:1/3]!Cat Form
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()

Let us BASH THINGS with our HEADS. That is a good way to not get brain damage!

/cancelform [stance]

Shifts to caster form. I have a toolbar that lets me shift into any animal form, but ... that is not so much help for the "Can't do that while shapeshifted" errors.

/cast [modifier:alt] Pounce
/castsequence [stance:3] reset=target Feral Charge(Cat Form), Pounce, Ravage
/cast [stance:1]Feral Charge(Bear Form)
/use [nostance:1/3]!Cat Form
/script UIErrorsFrame:Clear()

CHAAAAARGE.

#showtooltip
/cast [stance] Faerie Fire (Feral)()
/cast [nostance] Faerie Fire

Not that I ever really fight in caster form, but eh.

/cast [stance:3] Prowl; [nostance:3] Shadowmeld

Disappearing is fun.

#showtooltip
/cast [swimming] Aquatic Form; [indoors] Cat Form; [combat] Travel Form; [flyable] Flight Form; Swift Stormsaber

Shifts to the appropriate fastest form. (Is it wrong that I get way too much glee out of jumping off cliffs and hitting flight form mid-fall?)

#

DK macros: (71 and blood)

#Showtooltip
/castsequence reset=combat/target/6 Icy Touch, Plague Strike, Pestilence
/startattack [harm]

Disease spam time.

#showtooltip
/castsequence reset=20 Strangulate, Mind Freeze, Mind Freeze, Mind Freeze

Another "not getting away with that spell" sort of macro. No /stopcasting because DKs don't really have combat spells with cast time.

#

Warrior macros

#showtooltip
/cast [stance:1]Overpower(Battle Stance); [stance:2]Revenge(Defensive Stance); [stance:3]Raging Blow(Berserker Stance)

Each stance has a different thing-that-only-can-be-used-when-it-procs, so I set one button to be all three of them and just hit it when it lights up.

#showtooltip
/startattack [harm]
/cast [stance:1]Charge; [stance:2,noharm]Intervene; [stance:3]Intercept
/cancelaura Bladestorm
/cast Battle Shout

CHAAAAAARGE. Warrior version.

...I don't have a lot of useful warrior macros, so suggestions would not go amiss. Even for things that aren't usable until I level more.
