So I did a thing (somewhat scribbly and imperfect and mildly-NSFW Charles/Erik doodle) and amazingly, I don't hate it.

I learned a few things in this process:

1. My art ability, such as it is, did not wither and fade in the time I haven't been using it


2. It also didn't actually get better


3. Using a tablet is really freaking painful, but less awkward than mouse-drawing


4. Nonetheless, I cannot draw a steady line to save my life, any more


5. People are hard to draw (okay this is not a new revelation)

...I also have a very cranky head and neck, neither of which is related.
