Insert eloquence about how this is a really really fucked-up thing. Right now my reaction consists of "fuck fuckity fuck" and I can't elaborate better.

(Not that this is an entire surprise, given the whole SOPA/PIPA thing, but gah.)

I know it feels like it, but it was apparently shut down after a 2yr FBI investigation that had nothing to do with SOPA/PIPA. For them to be shut down and the owner charged, something had to be up, because if you're just a carrier that shouldn't happen. I'm withholding judgment until I see a breakdown of the issues. :(
