ysobelI seem to be sick...
woke up with nausea and cruddiness, which very shortly -- after my morning aide left, of course -- expanded to diarrhea. Called a different aide, had her come over at noon, toileted, then had another bout before my afternoon aide showed up. Borderline low-grade fever (at noon it was just under 100, don't know what it is now.) Still feel like crap, can't concentrate on anything (even Netflix), and am freezing despite the a/c not being very strong.
Also I know I need to rehydrate and re-electrolyte but after a swallow of *anything* I feel quite full and like consuming more would be a Very Bad Idea.
Mrgh.
(right now I am just jealous of babyniece who can poop whenever she wants to and it will get cleaned up quickly and easily)
Eta at almost 10pm: in bed, bundled like a burrito because freezing. Temp at 100.4 at last check. Went to bed at 8, tried to get to sleep, had another fucking attack -- controllable, so no accidents, but not the sort of thing that can wait til morning. So I had to get back up out of bed, shiver while I toileted, get back into bed -- and getting in or out is quite a process -- and of course I'm re-awake now argh.
