Adulting done today: sent email asking status of new wheelchair request; picked up med refill and cd of hand X-ray; breathed myself out of for-no-reason anxiety surges.

Adulting I have not done: replied to email about chorus; made decision about chorus; crocheted at all; sent reminder about book group in two weeks; started reading book for said book group; ...

I don't particularly feel like I've accomplished a lot. Then again, I don't give myself points for getting out of bed, which is on the one hand a good thing but on the other hand it's not really something *I* do, it's something my morning aide does. And I'm very good at not giving myself enough (sometimes any) credit...

All the stuff you listed is hard and requires thought and energy. I know it can be really hard to give yourself credit for stuff, but I am still sitting here impressed.
