Next step is waiting for it to go live on site so you can stop refreshing the page you modified all the damn time and just go "squee! I did that!" instead. At least that's what it was for me.

*laugh* The problem is, the patch was for English-stripping a page. So there's no visible change (text is the same), and it's a minor thing anyway, and only a complete dork would, y'know, refresh the debug version :x
