a) designing a cross-stitched dreamsheep: y/n?

b) want a rood inverse (VS). do any of you know offhand if a pattern exists for that? (and/or, any sources for a really good clear image so I can design it myself)

(both of these questions may be moot. I have been avoiding doing xs out of fear that I might not be physically able to do it any more. I am thinking of doing some today ... if I can overcome the fear. It's not *logical*, because it's not like waiting will make me *more* likely to manage it, but ... it's a matter of not looking into the box in case Schroedinger's cat finalizes as dead.)

Hey! This totally reminds me - would you be interested in a set of hoops for hoop-knitting? I was sent a set and I have zero interest in it, but I thought you might like to try them. Ravelry has some patterns, and I think there's more elsewhere on the net - you can, I'm given to understand, knit almost anything on hoops which you can do on needles.
