Belated squee

I'd been hesitant to watch the new Dark Crystal series because I was afraid they'd ... well, not mess up my childhood exactly, but the DC movie was one of the defining things in my early life, and I didn't want some cgi-ed monstrosity ruining the movie.

But the cast list was good, and I'd heard good things, and so I started watching it.

I am utterly and completely in love.

Okay, technically I haven't finished it so I might find the end episodes disappointing. But so far, it's magic.

Also, Hup is the best.
