Randomness

I was listening to Christmas music earlier today, and "have yourself a merry little Christmas" came on. Now, I have what seems to be a permanent association between that song and the xfiles episode, but that's not the point here.

Singer, with me singing along, gets to "Through the years we all will be together / If the fates allow," and while I know quite well that the next lyrics are "Hang a shining star upon the highest bough", somehow my brain decided to go with cow as the rhyme.

"Hang a shining star upon the Christmas cow..."

...'cause ... that's normal... *snicker*
