so the last few days have been okay mental-wise (yes I've been horking up gunk [not g/unk, thankfully], and I've been sleeping more than usual, and being exhausted when I'm not sleeping, but I have felt pretty okay other than that), but that seems to be running out.

or to put it another way, I feel like absolute crap right now, in multiple respects.

(doesn't help that the doctor put me on antibiotics Just In Case, and as I have a limited choice of antibiotics that means azithromycin, and that always has the lovely side effect of making my depression worse)
