Hi! *flails happily at you*
Chances are, I don't know you and you don't know me. But we have at least one fandom in common, and that is a good thing. And you are going to be writing a story for me! (Um. Needless to say, that is also a good thing, and it makes me squee like a squeeing thing.)
With (very) few exceptions, I'm happy with just about anything. I like gen and het and gen and slash and threesomes and whatevers, I like all varieties of ratings, and (if there happens to be sex, which of course is not at all required, because did I mention the liking of gen?) anything from vanilla to kink. I like character-based stuff, I like plot-based stuff, I like serious angsty stuff, I like fluffyhappy shmoop, I like complete and utter crack ... you get the idea.
The exceptions: I don't like character bashing. I don't, at least for yuletide, like character death, or violence to the point of explicit gore. I have a strong embarrassment/humiliation squick. I don't like rape (consentual-by-all-parties consent play is okay though), and when it comes to sex stuff I don't like necrophilia or anything that deals with bodily excrement. I don't like mpreg.
But aside from all that, go wild. The requests are in no particular order, not in any way ranked by preference; I love them all, which is why I requested them. Choose whichever prompt you want, and write something that works for you, and in all probability it will make me deliriously happy.

I have a lot of babble, including some possible story ideas (that I want to read without having to write them myself, heh). Please keep in mind that I hold very firmly to the "optional details are OPTIONAL" clause -- you don't even have to read my babble if you don't want to, and you can take an idea and run with it or do something totally different and I will flail happily.
With that said, here are my requests, and their respective babblings.
* Tangled
I love this movie to pieces, and would be happy with anything. Which I know is not all that helpful for YT, so some possibilities: Eugene as a kid, especially something that takes advantage of his tendency towards unreliable narration. Rapunzel and how she learned what her hair did. Mother Gothel and how she knew the song for the flower, or how she kept the tower as hidden as it was when everyone was looking for it (magic?). Rapunzel and Eugene adapting to life at the palace. If you want to try crossoverness and are familiar with Valdemar, Maximus as a Companion would be awesome. ...Obviously it would be next to impossible to cram all of these into a single story, but feel free to take an idea and run with it, or come up with your own!
* Glitch
I really just want something with the same whimsical feel that the source has. (Eggs from an egg plant! Milk from butterflies! Fireflies give you serenity!) I would prefer something set within the universe without fourth wall breakage, e.g. any Glitchen involved are the Glitchen and not people playing a video game.
If you're not familiar with Glitch, it's a free Flash-based online game available at http://www.glitch.com, and there are user-created wikis available as resources.
* Vagrant Story
Vagrant Story is a place of utter love for me, and Sydney and Ashley are my favorite. Pre-, mid-, or post-game, it's all good. Slash or not as you prefer, or focus on one or the other of them (yes, it's okay with me if you don't include both).
Short babble is short for this one, sorry :)
* Mulan
I was rewatching the movie a few months back, and got a random craving for slashy tragic backstory between the Emperor and Chi Fu. Yuletide seemed like a good place to request that! But since it is completely and utterly random and not everyone's cup of tea, here are some other things I would love: Mulan being generally bad-ass, as she is; an AU version of the story (all of it or just bits of it!) *without* Mushu's "assistance"; Shang or Mulan as kids, dreaming of adult life; or, er, anything else that makes you happy.
Just please be aware that I have an embarrassment squick that the movie comes close to crossing, and I would prefer not to have more of that in fic. (This doesn't mean that the characters can't ever mess up or make mistakes. It's just that I don't find that sort of thing funny.)
