So I wake up today to an email that Audible is doing a sale -- a bunch of titles available for $4.95.

A vast majority of the available titles were not of interest to me ... but some of them definitely were. Like Lies of Locke Lamora. And, um. A few others.

My favorite audiobook (and one of my favorite books, regardless of format) is The Paladin of Souls. The reader (Kate Reading, it think) has the perfect voice. The earlier book in the series, The Curse of Chalion, is excellent too.

And anything written and read by Bill Bryson, especially In a Sunburned Country.

Oh, Lies of Locke Lamora is such a great book.

Audible has lots of sales, but the $5 sale is the best deal if it has books you want.
