ysobel- elbow/arm is a little worse today; it hurts (and gets tight and stiff feeling) if I use it for things like, oh, say, using the mouse. Or typing. I haven't actually tried crochet, but I doubt it would fare much better since that's the arm that does the twisting.
(this does not help the persistent feeling of uselessness)
- managed to call the vet to get an appointment, Yahtzee for an annual checkup and Suri for a kidney follow-up. That's... about all I managed to get done :/
- played a bit of Minecraft, which turned out to be a doubly bad idea. For one thing, mouse. (and lots of clicking) For another, I am rather, well, useless at it. I can't really figure out redstone, which pretty much cuts out any sort of gadgetry or mechanism; I can't really build any impressive architecture things; if I play on peaceful, there's no point to farming, and if I don't, I die. A lot.

- someone I sort of know IRL, who had been having increasing problems with ovarian cancer, passed away the other day, and I feel... absolutely nothing. Except for frustration, because I feel like I should be feeling something, and maybe I'm broken.
- dictation software kind of sucks.
- kitties, on the other hand, are cute

Dictation software --- is not a fashion accessory. That is to say, I know some day I will spend many hours learning to use it. I hope that day doesn't come soon.
