ysobelApril 10: wheelchair freaks out, is temporarily fixed so I can keep using it until it gets really fixed
April 17: the repair place finally gets around to starting the process of ordering replacements
April 24: that order actually gets conveyed to the manufacturer
May 1: the part ships, theoretically
