2: ASH - Too hot for tweed...Did armor suit him better?
So I wanted to do an Epic Picspam, but don't have the energy... which means just a minor picspam.
So, BtVS!ASH vs Merlin!ASH, eh?

Okay, more seriously, let's take a look at tweed-clad librarian Giles vs armor-clad king Uther Pendragon:
Honestly, for all that Uther got to wear leather more than Giles did --
-- I find Giles way hotter. This is because of several reasons.
1) I saw Giles first. This may also explain why a certain spy from VR.5 still holds a fair amount of zomgyes in my heart.
2) Giles is way more approachable. What can I say, I like cuddles. Uther is sort of ... prickly.
3) British librarian (and let's face it, books can be sexy as hell, ditto knowledge) against a verging-on-tyrannical ruler obsessed with eliminating all magic even at the cost of the kingdom he's trying to protect.
Plus, Giles gave us this

...but really, my favorite ASH -- if maybe not in the sense of sexy -- is ASH-with-kitten:
