ysobelWent today. (Planned it before I got the sinus thing, but I still felt up to going, and definitely wanted to see it still in theaters.)
Main reaction to the movie is <tumblr>ZOMG ALL THE FEELS I CAN'T EVEN</tumblr>
Sam is awesome I love him so very much and want all the Sam/Steve, ALL OF IT. Srsly. Obvious pairing may be obvious, but so many hearts.
(I also got a random desire for man-out-of-time bonding between Steve and Ichabod from Sleepy Hollow, just because)
(or maybe Steve + Ichabod + post-redemption Bucky)
I'm kind of amused that the MCU is in large part made up of technical-origin X-Men. I know that they can't directly talk about mutants because copyright reasons, but it's like ... Falcon is sort of a techy version of Dude With Wings or something idek
Cap is not my #1 of the Avengers, but I love that he can basically announce over the PA "hey there are bad guys plz fight them" and it *works*. Because it's *Captain America*.
Love Natasha so very much (she is probably my #1) and I sort of want Natasha/Bucky and have no idea where that desire came from.
Though I do feel sorry for the people who leave when the credits start, or even after the first credit scene, because *c'mon* people, this is *Marvel*.

Half the theatre left.
