Gathering has 11 zones, 6 types, 15 turns/day. Not sure yet how much value there is now to gathering from different zones. For now stick with default zone, 1 each of the food type with an extra for whatever I'm getting low on, 5 each of dig/scavenge.
Found a guide for leveling through the coliseum (basically, all stat points go to quickness and strength in a particular ratio to be able to one- or two-shot enemies), but it requires Eliminate (70k each on AH) and two Ambush (51k each) for each of the three dragons. I have 36k total, and also use treasure for lair expansion (65k) and buying more dragons. Life is hard. ;)
Making money: Shock Switch is decent payout (roughly 10k for 20 min on normal) but high stress. Jigsaw is low payout but low stress. Sell items through AH (higher payout but higher time/effort), sell items through sell button (lower but easier), or hoard like crazy? Mrgh.
Coliseum plans: currently farming TG for ambushes. Haven't gotten any but have collected four familiars (well, three and a duplicate that I put on AH).
4/24 update: need 9 berserkers and 3 ambushes to properly continue leveling. Have 3. Berserkers run 10500 each, so 63k there. Ambush runs maybe 54k each, so 162k. Time to farm bamboo falls or sandswept delta. SD: Fan scorpion drops elim, peacock scorpion drops elim and berserker, no ambush. cave is also good. bamboo: tengu drops elim, wandering surge priest drops ambush, misc has berserker.
at current stats, elim 1-shots all but (bf) baku, raptorik, blacktalon
