...for pondering NaNoWriMo.

Now, the sensible thing, on oh so many levels, would be to not do it. NaNo is insane for me even on my good days; between the borderline RSI-or-CT-or-something developing in my wrists and the fact that I've been in a writing drought for years, these are not good days for me.

(and yet, a part of me wonders if this is the sort of thing that would help kickstart the, er, rainy period, for lack of a better word. undrought.)

maybe you can get wrist guards for the RSI. they work for me. I use bowling wrist guards; off the rack ones.

if it's appealing, DO IT. at least start. if it feels oppressive, then no.

I'm thinking of doing nano primarily to teach myself to SIT DOWN AND JUST WRITE. (I can reliably do 1000 words a day, so it's not *totally* an outrageous idea.)
