Content warning for uhhhh racism stuff I guess?? Only indirectmentions of, but.

so this morning just before I woke up, my brain gave me this ... I don't even know. Jaunty ragtime tune ( as far as I can work out, the bass line was c-e-f-f#-g-f-e-d repeated, only with ragtime type extra stuff) and there were two guys singing. First guy sang "you say potato and I say tomato and we're friends-- best friends" only potato and tomato were both white supremacy dogwhistles somehow. And second guy sang the mirroring line. And then the guy at the piano sang something like "now we're all here, I'd like you to know / there's now another nazi at the piano" (stretched out as pee-aa-no)

and I woke up with this *going through my head*

all day

I think some of it -- the pianist's line -- relates to the "if there’s a Nazi at the table and 10 other people sitting there talking to him, you got a table with 11 Nazis” thing, but I'm baffled by why this came up at all, much less in a musical form.

Oh, and all three were muppets.

I have nothing. (Well, sympathy for - if I'm reading you right - disturbing and upsetting dreams. But nothing that may help make sense of them, I believe.)
