ysobelI have a wheelchair technician coming tomorrow, the first available appointment when I called two weeks ago.
The way they do appointments, you get the day, but don't know time until the day before. Or, more precisely, the night before.
At 9:48 pm, I finally got a text:
...so...it's a four hour window but with very specific boundaries?? 😂
(Also that means I have to leave my phone off of DND status tonight in case they call early... grumble)
