ysobelBirthdays are strange things. I am a day older than I was yesterday; I am a year older than I was yesterday.
(I woke up feeling old and creaky. Not because this birthday has any significance, not even, I think, because it was my birthday; just a slightly wryly-unamusing coincidence. My knees in particular are not happy. Also my shoulder, which keeps getting re-aggravated every time I go to the bathroom.)
Have a coupon for free birthday ice cream. \o/ Also, am going to go see Where the Wild Things Are. Today is a day for Having Fun.
