My morning aide overheard me making plans to Go To A Movie today. (hint, for those reading this on DW: relevant icon is relevant. I ought to get around to topping off my LJ set too, but I'm lazy.)

Her: Whatcha gonna go see?
Me: X-Men.
Her: I heard it's good, reallyu metaphysical, *blah blah symbolic blah*
Me, cheerfully: I heard it's pretty!

...yeahhh. My priorities are totally the best.

In other news, Suri is being very Feisty. I think I need to invest in some sparkle balls or something, as long as I can figure out what wouldn't be a choking hazard.

perhaps a fishing pole would be something potentially sort of interactive? You could wedge it in your chair and she could catch the dangly and try to pull you over sideways?

...I've considered a fishing pole type toy, except there is a part of me that balks at buying something I could make myself. And I have a stick that I could use for catfishing, and I have twine, and other things, I just haven't gotten around to making something.
