So my main skyrim game seems to be bugged.
Normally, you have a choice between first person camera and third person camera. Third person puts the camera behind the player character, so the character is fully visible. First person puts the camera as the character viewpoint, but when you have weapons or spells ready to use, your forearms/hands are visible, as well as the weapon or spell effect.
...right now, I am entirely invisible, can't switch out of first person view, don't have any hands, and while I can still use weapons etc, I can't see them. (Which is kind of annoying since they have to be ready before you can use them.)
My previous save is three levels back, and I don't know what-all was done since then in the way of quests.
I am trying to decide whether I can play while invisible, or whether I should go back to the previous save. Haven't been able to find any solutions online, either.
Gah.

Date: 2012-01-28 01:46 am (UTC)I have managed somehow to get it to the point where I can see what weapon I have equipped and whether it's ready; I don't actually have any *hands* (so blocking is kind of lulzy, when I have a dagger floating in front of my face, cue Macbeth quotes &c.) but that takes care of most of what I was worried about. \o/
Still annoying though.
