So I go to the doctor about the Lung Crud, and while this is a thang that's going around and I don't seem in too bad shape, he gives me an antibiotic scrip to start taking if I don't improve in the next few days. And I was totally planning on not taking it if I didn't have to.

Guess who went "oh hey and I have antibiotic to take" when she was taking night meds, and who therefore took the first dose?

Oh, I've done all sorts of really daft shit when trying to take pills when not properly awake. Most often, I'll take a pill from its pack, then take out one of the others, then go back and take out another of the first one because in the intervening seconds, I've forgotten that I already did that one. So totally not just you.

I've created a typically obsessive System to get my meds taken on time. Color coded four-a-day containers; strategically placed timers; water bottles flooding the place It fails at least once a week.
