Probably because I am on KnitPicks' snail-mail catalog list, I got an offer from Vogue knitting magazine. Fashion knitting! Just what I need.

They included a bonus free pattern, I suppose to try to lure me in.

The pattern is for a hat. But not just any hat, nooo.

It is a ribbed hat.

With k4p4 ribbing.

And a bobble on top that you do by making an icord and then knotting it a bunch.

Dude, I am so there. I mean, who can resist?

Wow, I dunno. That pattern sounds pretty out there. I mean, I'd try it, but I'd really like there to be a knitalong I can join so I can get support and help when I mess it up.
